Shopping at High Bridge Jewellers is easy – place your order online or over the telephone before 1pm and your jewellery will arrive by special delivery the next day (Monday to Saturday) within the UK. Overseas deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days in Europe and the US, or within 1-7 working days for the rest of the world. To check on the status of an order or verify shipment, please call or email us.
Delivery to addresses within the UK costs £6.00 and orders received and cleared before 1pm Monday to Friday will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery service the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday if the delivery address is open on a Saturday. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
Items will need to be signed for in person so please state delivery address as an address where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive a Special Delivery item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.
Refunds Policy
High Bridge Jewellers offers a full refunds policy. A Return Authorisation (RA) number must be requested from High Bridge within 7 days of delivery. Postage for returns is free of charge within the UK and overseas.
We request that all goods being returned from within the UK are returned within 7 days of issuing your RA number. You are not able to return items which have been worn.
Returns received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of High Bridge and can only be refunded as a merchandise credit.
Exchanges are possible, but exchange items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.
